Insurance Collection Representative
Location: Town & Country, Business Office
Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Collection Representative to join our corporate business office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient accounts with outstanding balances, working directly with patients to establish payment plans, and managing insurance collections. You will also collaborate with insurance carriers and have a strong understanding of billing codes and the insurance claims process from start to finish. Experience with worker’s compensation claims is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact patients with outstanding balances to arrange payment plans.
- Manage insurance collections and follow up with insurance carriers on unpaid claims.
- Review and understand billing codes and insurance claims processes.
- Operate a 10-key calculator and ensure accurate financial records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and insurance companies, both verbally and in writing.
- Assist in resolving billing issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain knowledge of managed care terminology and reimbursement processes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent training/experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance collections and working with insurance carriers.
- Knowledge of billing codes and the insurance claims process.
- Experience with worker’s compensation is a plus.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
Customer Service Rep
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Revenue Management team. This hybrid full-time role involves providing exceptional customer support while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate patient identity in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Analyze patient balances, review billing details, and verify insurance and demographic information.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues, coordinating with departments such as Financial Assistance, Charge Review, Patient & Guest Services, and Claims Management.
- Respond to incoming calls from patients, attorneys, and internal/external customers across all facilities.
- Utilize Managed Care contract knowledge to apply necessary contractual adjustments.
- Process and document incoming patient mail within a 7–10 day timeframe.
- Leverage system resources to promptly resolve patient issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training/experience required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and revenue codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
